As a Dispatcher, you will handle all the day to day interactions with customers for service and supply requests. Will work with the technicians to manage the call load in order to provide a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer service call requests via phone, email and online. Process requests into computersystem.• Maintain call center database• Monitors open calls and field technician call loads• Manages call assignments to ensure the best response times and customer satisfaction• Receives incoming customer supply requests via phone, email and online. Process orders in the computer system• Works with the courier, parts department to make sure deliveries of parts, etc. are coordinated between the main office and the service technician

Qualifications

Required:• 1-2 years dispatching, order processing or customer service related experience• Great customer service• Professional, courteous and personable• Good listening and verbal communication skills• Basic computer skills/data entry• Capable problem solver and sensible• Positive and professional attitude, works well with others• Good time management• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

The typical pay range for this role is $50,000.00-$59,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
