Kyle Campbell Farmers Insurance is Hiring an Insurance agent Near Lansing, MI

Join our team at Farmers Insurance - Kyle Campbell Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.

This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Responsibilities

Sales Production :

  • Efficiently work the leads provided by the agency owner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Present insurance solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Learning and Development :

  • Shadow the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, including marketing strategies, client retention techniques, and staff management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Take the initiative to learn about different aspects of agency management, such as underwriting, claims processing, and compliance.

Ownership Preparation :

  • Collaborate with the agency owner to develop a roadmap for career advancement and ownership transition.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving agency performance and efficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
