KWS Manufacturing in Burleson is now hiring for a shipping and receiving specialist

Shift- 7A-430P M-F OT Required, some Saturday's required

Pay based on experience

Qualifications:

• Basic Microsoft office skills
• Sit down forklift experience
• 3 years of shipping and receiving experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
• Receives and unpacks materials and supplies
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes
• Completes shipping and receiving reports
• Receives and verifies defective returns from the field, unpacks the equipment, materials and or consumable supplies against the packing slip
• Reports and documents any damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping
• Receives equipment into the inventory management data base.
• Processes daily receiving reports to ensure all open returns are processed
• Creates shipping documentation including the shipping bill of lading, address label and any required international shipping documents
• Estimates shipping costs and records shipping data
• Processes shipping reports to ensure all open shipped orders are processed and invoiced

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
