TREASURY

Full Time Project Manager 2, La Crosse, WI: The Treasury Department at Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a new coworker to join our team as a full time Project Manager 2.

The Project Manager 2 will be responsible for driving successful execution of Treasury projects including acting as a lead business resource on projects, coordinating and implementing UAT and training strategies. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to business stakeholders or other project team members.

Regular tasks include but are not limited to:

• Develop project plan through the management of discovery, deliverables, project charter, project timeline and
• Update impacted leadership or team members impacted by the project as needed.
• Facilitate communication and interaction among all functional representatives of the business project team to make project decisions in accordance with the project charter.
• Communicate on behalf of the business with IT stakeholders, other business units and other 3^rd party vendors.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement and post-project optimization
• Implement or assist UAT and training strategies for department programs and software.
• Provide overall support for department products and software.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-year degree and at least two years of related experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, training, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of internal structure, systems, and services for Kwik Trip, Inc.
• Knowledge of agile project management software
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skill in effectively connecting with a wide variety of personalities.
• Organization skills, including in prioritizing tasks effectively and time management.
• Skill in communicating effectively to both large and small groups both orally and in written form.
• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and multitask multiple projects.
• Ability to interact with coworkers, customers, and vendors with strong interpersonal skills and work

with minimal supervision.

• Ability to be flexible by adapting decisions, changes, or actions to facilitate the best results for the company.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday working daytime hours with hybrid availability.
