In this position you will support established Loyalty program & Customer Relationship Initiatives, in both a business and technical capacity, in ways that improve overall functionality of the program, achieves forecasts for both new member enrollments and retention, and maximizes revenue from this most valuable Customer group.Primary responsibilities include:Report, interpret, and analyze customer data and loyalty program performanceSupport the growth and development of the Kwik Rewards Loyalty programData modeling and strategic execution of statistics within program, internally and externallyInterpret and organize market research, analysis, and recommendations for department and promotional initiativesProvide promotional forecasting, reporting, and ROI modeling for the Kwik Rewards Loyalty programTranslate and present technical information into concise and practical informationMaintain ongoing support of the systems implemented at Kwik Trip and act as a Business SMEWork with Marketing/Loyalty Team to understand business processes/tacticsUtilize data and analytics to provide strategic marketing directionAutomate manual processes and consistently analyzes how to improve/streamline current processesCreate and develop reporting enhancements for Kwik Rewards Loyalty ProgramPerform data analysis, monthly, quarterly, and annually as requiredAssist with promotional offer reporting, metrics and analysisQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.Minimum of one-year experience in data analysis and database marketing.Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer marketing or database marketing efforts. Prior experience with customer loyalty programs and/or Salesforce is an added benefit.Thorough knowledge of reporting tools, including hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, AS400, R, SPSS, Salesforce, MicroStrategy or comparable Enterprise/Business Intelligence toolsets Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office software.Proficient in the use of relational databases and query design to organize data to address complex business questions.Skilled in creating Excel spreadsheets/graphs with experience working with large volumes of data.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data driven results.Skilled in researching, reviewing and communicating results to all levels throughout the organization.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions.Organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently.Ability to analyze data and discuss results with management while maintaining confidentiality.Ability to design and develop campaign reporting scorecards with key performance indicatorsPerforms well in an environment with tight deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple projects.Work Schedule:Typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
