Kwik Trip’s Information Security department is seeking an experienced Infosec Engineer 2 with a strong focus on Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Active Directory (AD).

As an Information Security Engineer 2 in our Identity team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our digital systems. Leveraging your expertise, you will work closely with our Security Operations, Compliance, and cross-functional business teams to establish and maintain robust access controls. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to protect sensitive data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure user access and least privilege principles.
• Develop and enforce Privileged Access Management (PAM) policies, procedures, and technologies to safeguard critical systems and data.
• Administer and enhance Active Directory and Azure AD environments to ensure proper authentication, authorization, and access controls.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with Security Operations team to monitor and respond to security incidents related to access controls and identity management.
• Work closely with Compliance team to ensure alignment with industry regulations and standards.
• Participate in security assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and address access-related risks.
• Provide expertise and guidance to the broader business teams on best practices for access management and security protocols.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM, PAM, and access management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM, PAM, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of access control principles, least privilege access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in presenting identity solutions and recommendations to management
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex identity-related problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (hybrid), daytime hours with a rotation cycle for on call. Work on weekends, holidays, and non-business hours may be required.
