Position Summary: Assist FICS II or Sr. FICS with counting a stores inventory. This involves physical count by retail dollars as well evaluating inventory conditions and adherence to Company Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a physical inventory of stores merchandise. Every item of retail value in each store is counted or scanned including saleable merchandise, overstocks, damaged product and returns, following a prescribed process and schedule.
• Evaluate inventory conditions as measured by the Companys readiness standards. Will be required to provide feedback to Store Managers on their current standards, providing in sight on ways to improve overall readiness when necessary.
• Will be required to communicate results to Store Manager and District Manager in a professional and motivational manner.
• Will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer satisfaction, accuracy and speed in their workweek.

Working Relationships: Store personnel, District Managers, members of the Inventory Team, and occasionally other Corporate personnel.

Minimum Education: High School

Preferred Education: Associates

Minimum Experience: Retail guest experience

Preferred Experience: Hourly Manager experience (shift manager or department lead)

Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Soft Skills: Position requires good communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to deliver feedback on inventory results in a professional and motivational manner, the ability to work cohesively with the store teams and inventory team, and the ability to be self -disciplined in their work day.

Other: Physical Need be able to lift up to 50 pounds, endure long periods of standing, kneeling, and squatting. Need to be able to deal with wide variations in temperature (freezer and refrigeration).

Travel:Need to be able to travel long distances daily to reach different locations. Need to be available for overnight travel as business warrants. 95% of their work week

Hours & Conditions:Need to be available for full time hours, which can vary from day to day. Average hours will range from 40-50 hours per week. Early starting 4:00AM 5:00AM, with ending time varying on a daily basis.

Other: Basic proficiency in computer software (MS Suite), and able to pick up our internal software packages. Driving Record Will require a clean driving record
