This position manages team members and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the team members within its portfolio.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs. The position requires walk-through of the properties within the portfolio to identify any inconsistencies of the company standards.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position (salaried). Typically, 8 hours a day. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company
