Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for interdepartmental and customer communications surrounding the development, launch, continued success and support of all Private Labeled products. This is not a sourcing or research and development position. You will work closely with the Product Development and Sourcing teams to supply customers with privately labeled items to suit their needs. Collaboration on price-setting, development of targets and timelines, form completion and documentation, customer onboarding, and support coordination for launched items will be required. You will assist Customer Relations to find solutions for more complex or technical issues and create standard operating procedures and best practices for all of your possesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, strategic planning, and sales.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to assess private label needs by customer
Conduct market analysis of branded competitors' products for initial price comparisons
Manage onboarding with thorough internal communication on distribution to strategic corporate accounts to ensure a successful product launch
Coordinate with VP of Sales on all international private label needs from inception to post-launch support
Oversee any private label product complaints and communicate progress and resolution with the Sales and Customer Relations teams
Complete all paperwork coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper item and customer onboarding, setup, distribution, and successful launch
Interact effectively to address customer inquiries, which may require delegating to other departments to resolve and communicate findings to the Sales Team
Cultivate customer engagement and promote best-in-class service experience
Create standard operating procedures and best practices for all processes
Attend occasional tradeshows or meetings as required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Veterinary industry background preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, in Animal or Veterinary Science or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
Exceptional customer relationship management and service abilities
Strong organizational, strategic, and project management abilities
Ability to work effectively, with great attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, utilizing professional judgment and discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
High comfort level with numbers, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficient with enterprise resource planning systems and sales management systems

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
