Our fitness studio is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic fitness instructor who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading fitness classes for a variety of different-sized groups of people. While we want our classes to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members' individual fitness levels. $23 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services according to company standards
• Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
• Deliver physically demanding classes while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe
• Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests
• Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions

• Coach our proven group fitness training program

Qualifications:

• This role requires fitness instructor certification
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

• Physically fit in order to properly demonstrate exercises
• Strong desire to help others achieve their goals
