The Intensive In-Home Specialist will:

• provide in-home services to families to prevent the removal of children and promote long-term stability of the family.
• use a wide variety of educational approaches to assist youth and family members in achieving stability and self-sufficiency.
• develop, review and evaluate family goals on a regular basis
• prepare reports for court as required and prepare regular updates
• provide crisis intervention to families

KVC staff members have the flexibility to manage their own time to create a positive work-life balance and there will be evening and weekend work required as well as travel time to visit families in their homes.
