KVC is seeking a Supervisor-Mockingbird Family!!!
The Mockingbird Family Supervisor will oversee the implementation of the Mockingbird Family model, development of Constellations, and fidelity to the model. The supervisor will support the Mockingbird Family Liaison to uphold the fidelity of the Mockingbird Family structure, ensuring its principles and key features are consistently applied and adhered to. The supervisor will ensure progress is made in developing and maintaining a robust micro-community of caregivers, with a primary emphasis on the health, safety, growth, and permanence of participating children and adolescents. The supervisor will ensure the liaison provides a vital communication link between the Mockingbird Family team, KVC, and the Hub Homes they oversee.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned according to qualification of staff and development of programs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in a field that is licensable by the BSRB
Licensure/Certification:
KS BSRB Licensure
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience and Skills:
At least five years of experience in child welfare
