The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in finding, hiring, training, and retaining top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate’s expertise lies in developing effective talent acquisition strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to our employment branding initiatives.
Core ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategies:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efforts.
Staffing Needs Assessment
  • Determine current staffing needs by analyzing workforce requirements and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Sourcing And Screening
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efforts.
Recruitment Process Management
  • Develop and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate candidate feedback.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Candidate Experience
  • Create a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback, address inquiries, and manage expectations.
  • Uphold our commitment to fairness and transparency.
Employee Retention And Development
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employee retention efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for career growth and development within the organization.
Metric And Analysis
  • Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve processes based on data insights.

  • Analytics and Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HRIS, ADP is a plus.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office.
