Kung Fu Tea - South Riding is looking for full-time team Members! (24630 Dulles Landing Drive)

We are looking to hire weekday and full-time employees! We can work with your schedule, and you will get to sample the products while we work with you during your on-the-job-training sessions! We are looking for shift leaders and are looking to promote from within!

Requirements:

• In order for a barista to graduate training, it requires the memorization of hundreds of recipes and variations that all must be executed accurately and quickly
• In order to graduate training for the back of house, it requires preparing toppings/tea/boba in the kitchen, which includes carefully handling boiling liquid, lifting and carrying hot heavy containers/pots (35 pounds), accurate completion of multi-step processes in a time-controlled manner
• Must be able to work during weekdays; weekend hours are available once proficiency is determined. (no "weekend only" employment is available)
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be friendly and personable. We are looking for people that work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and work well with others

Duties:

• Craft delicious beverages
• Prepare items in the kitchen
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintain general store cleanliness including cleaning pots/pans and utensils, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety/sanitation, and security

Ability to commute to South Riding, VA 20166 (required)

Notable Experience: Food services, barista/bartender (Preferred). Experience is strongly preferred.
