Daily Activities:
As a Steel Erection Superintendent, you will be actively involved in overseeing the operations of multiple steel construction project sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordination with crews and contractors, resource management, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. This role demands attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to uphold Kuney Construction's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple steel construction projects.
• Supervise multiple crews, fostering strong teamwork.
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers to establish priorities and goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Manage machinery and equipment use.
• Monitor project progress and onsite inventory.
• Resolve job site issues.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Steel Erection.
• Experience as a Superintendent preferred.
• Proficiency in computer and technical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset.
