Summary
Shuttle driver, pick up and deliver customers or vehicles

Essential Duties

• Picks up and delivers vehicles and parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Checks with the Service Manager or Service Advisor before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Delivers or picks up vehicles from customers when needed
• Verifies that valet is documented in the dealers system for each pick-up.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Clean loaner vehicles.
• Handles basic maintenance of the loaner including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the service department.
• Helps with washing vehicles when needed.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
