We are building a core team to help with various support roles at our Kumon center. The center assistant will be cross-trained for various roles within the center. As a classroom assistant you will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Student file prep - pull appropriate worksheets and prepare student files with the worksheets based on the instructors lesson plan.
• Manage inventory of worksheets and all other materials required for smooth center operations.
• Data entry - record scores and enter worksheet data.
• Grading - Accurately grade completed worksheets according to the Kumon Method.

• Strong writing, reading & communication skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for working in an atmosphere with kids
• Attributes required: patience, calm demeanor, and a growth mindset
• Willingness to follow the Kumon method
• Thrive in a fast paced environment with ability to multitask

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Thursday
• No weekends
