Job Summary for Heavy Ag Equipment Service Technician:

Your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining advanced agricultural machinery, such as tractors and combines, ensuring our customer operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for Heavy Ag Equipment Service Technician:

• Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Accurately diagnose issues and repair agricultural equipment, including but not limited to tractors, combines, and other machinery.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and maintain high satisfaction levels. Partner with customers to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the service process.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with fellow technicians, support staff, and management to ensure a streamlined workflow and timely completion of tasks. Share knowledge and participate actively in team meetings.
• Documentation: Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues. Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest technological advancements in agricultural machinery.

Qualifications for Heavy Ag Equipment Service Technician:

• Previous experience in servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment machinery preferred.
• Proficiency in understanding technical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions and manuals.
• Capable of physically repairing and replacing faulty machine parts.
• Comfortable lifting moderate weights regularly and working on hard surfaces for prolonged periods.
• Proficient in using computers, the internet, and other digital tools to access technical resources.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
