Kuhn's Market is a locally owned and operated supermarket chain, with 8 locations throughout the Pittsburgh area. We are currently seeking a Payroll/HR Clerk at our Corporate Office, located in Ross Township, PA. Oversee/assist in processing weekly payroll for 600 employees using Paycom software
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and job title and department/division transfers
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Administer and oversee all aspects of employee benefits, including medical, dental, short-term disability, life and 401k
Work with employees to help resolve issues or concerns
Receive, update, log, file and follow-up with unemployment claims
Assist and provide staff with general human resources-related forms and other general requests
Assist with recruiting, training and onboarding
Respond to and/or complete employment verification requests
Maintain and update personnel files
Must be able to analyze information, data entry skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, general math skills, reporting skills, verbal communication, organization
Knowledge of Paycom software a plus!

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years payroll processing experience preferred
