```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Optician/Receptionist to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional vision care services to our patients. Responsibilities:

Answer phone and make appointments.

Computer skills a must.

- Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and facial features
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses
- Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed
- Maintain inventory of eyewear and optical supplies
- Collaborate with optometrists to ensure accurate prescriptions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Optician
- Proficiency in using optical retail management systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to ophthalmology
- Familiarity with pediatric eye care is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail math for pricing and sales purposes
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
