Kuehne + Nagel is Hiring a Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist Near Houston, TX

Ensure quality of all services and processes within the Kuehne Nagel and Clients requirements are followed.
Following direction, prioritizing and focus on task at hand to avoid mistakes.
Detail email communication
Complete and continue all training for operating systems.
Communicating operational problems or irregularities to management and assist in identifying solutions.
Ensure KPI set are adhered to and met each month.
Invoicing/Billing is completed each month based on KPI set.
Billing / Invoice - completed each month with less than 20% deferral and or billing difference.
Remain compliant with internal requirement as well as Other Government Agency
Build relationships with clients internally / externally.
Follow all SOP / Work Instructions in a timely manner to ensure proactive handling and communication of the shipment/project at hand.
