Conduct customer tender response projects to define best-in-class solution options
Include advanced knowledge of technology and equipment in proposals
Independently create solutions designs with the required cost models
Create detailed data analysis from provided customer data; drive value proposition of the solution offering
Lead team members during the tender process, customer solutions responses, and be a main contact for the customer
Spearhead implementations and optimization projects
Mentor engineers and analysts to achieve their career development goals
Actively use knowledge of changes/trends within the market that will impact logistics services
Review work of others (4 Eyes Principle)
Train team members on engineering and market know-how
Travel domestically 25% of the time, and occasionally internationally, to perform customer site surveys to develop value propositions and solutions
