- Increase carrier use by reviewing cargo flows and collaborating with partners to implement changes that benefit QuickSTAT and our customers
- Monitor customer shipments to provide proactive updates to customers and by collaborating with other partners, problem solve in anticipation of a customer complaint
- Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the QuickSTAT systems
- You will collaborate with team members to provide problem resolution to customers
- Communicate and provide updates to customers until the delivery is made
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
