Requirements:

• Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service
• Working knowledge Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have the ability to deal well with people
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to create and implement such documents as staff schedules, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and performance reviews
• Strong customer service orientation and skills
• Exceptional detail in follow-up
• Knowledge of spa products, medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management

Job Duties: **

• Manage day-to-day operation of the spa, including; reception, reservations, hosting, maintenance, performing treatments etc**
• Able to recommend enhanced services
• Implement policy and procedures for various aspects of operations. Enhance current and create new standards
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, conflict management, business building, skill enhancement and goal setting.
• Ensuring spa treatment quality controls, including service, cleanliness, and product usage
• Managing purchase orders for professional treatment, and operational supplies
• Track and order inventory of skincare line as well as office supplies
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
• Development of sales targets and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy for increase in sales
• Create and monitor spa programs for clients and evaluate effectiveness of existing or newly added programs. Implement monthly promotions and programs and special events.
• Responsible for inventory management within the spa. Maintains and develops operating budget
• Deal with guest complaints/concerns and try to resolve problems independently whenever possible.
• Provide an unequaled spa experience for our guests and associates.
• Meet regularly with owner and attend meetings as required
• Assist in short and long range strategic planning to ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently

Compensation is Salary plus commission and bonuses. Full benefits including medical, vision and dental plans.
