Position Summary
Lead the efforts to implement and sustain safety process for Kubota. Put strategic plans in place that will reduce workplace injuries to include the installation and maintenance of a behavioral based safety system. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly departmental and facility audits to ensure the safest working environment for the company and the employees. Conduct and coordinate all safety and related activities.
