Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a full-time Facility CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional care to elderly and disabled patients in addition to other duties as assigned. The Facility CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant should be compassionate, organized, and reliable.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a Full Time – salary Healthcare/Medical position in the Franchise industry. The compensation is $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe environment for our patients
• Help to ensure that our patients’ needs are promptly met
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by medical staff
• Monitor the physical and emotional health of the patients
• Provide emotional and social support to the patients and families
• Help to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Certification must be current in the State of Hawaii
• Must have the ability to lift, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have knowledge of best practices in patient care and safety
• Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be compassionate, honest, and have a strong work ethic
