Job Title: FP&A Analyst

SUMMARY
An FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in providing valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making for the North American Headquarters of KTM. The FP&A Analyst will be accountable for his or her own functional area, as well as support the development of broad objectives around budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting. In this role, the incumbent will work directly with the Controller, Finance and Accounting Departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally, requires a minimum of three to five (1-3) years of progressively responsible experience in Finance, Reporting, Accounting and/or related field.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY: Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy. Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills and determine when issues need to be escalated.
