Ktb Coffee Shop And Lounge in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ is looking for one barista to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 183 Boulevard. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. If possible, stop into the café and complete an application.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, engaged and reliable.

Priority will be given to individuals to who come to the café to complete an application. A hiring manager is almost always on site for walk-in interviews.

Our café team Members are cross-trained to work all stations in the kitchen as well.

****This is a universal roll, you will learn how to make every dish that is served****

Responsibilities of our Team Members include:

• Arriving to work, on time, with a positive attitude
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Set up workstations
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Prepare all items from the coffees to the sandwiches to the desserts and mixed drinks for customer orders.
• Working efficiently

Job Requirements

******You must be at least 18 years old....we serve alcohol****

Our initial requirement is coming to work every day with a positive attitude, open mindset, and desire to grow within the company.

Further requirements include:

• Relevant or proven experience in restaurant roles or similar roles involving guest interaction
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
