KRS is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our North Division Family. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life at home and implementing strategies to assist in aging in place.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing home health treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Work with patients to develop and enhance daily living skills
- Monitor and document patient progress in electronic EMR
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment and safety

Requirements:

- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification and Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Florida
- Strong knowledge in medical terminology, geriatric health, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
