- Able to Setup and operate Mills and Lathes, CNC mills 3 and 5 Axis, and other machining equipment to support a production-paced environment
- Manages complex set-ups with minimal supervision
- Routinely monitors key process indicators to ensure the process is in control and quality product is produced, providing guidance to operators on quality and efficiency
- Knows how to operates all equipment in the production floor to support daily production
- Able to Operate and Perform set-ups on CNC Mills (up to 5 axis), mill turn machines and inspection equipment for production jobs in a responsive manner to support a production-paced environment
- Able to setup Mills and Lathes independently, new jobs and development jobs on Lathes and Mill turn 3, 4 and 5th axis machines includes different CNC Machines machine types from start to finish, including selection of tools and programming that may require
- Create, maintain, and update setup procedures for processes
- Maintain process controls on critical processes through maintenance of tooling and equipment, helps troubleshooting and problem solving with the operators
- Conduct Quality Inspections on parts
