This position is responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships with our key customers in North America. In particular, the National Accounts Manager will focus on growing market share in the laminate flooring segment. This role will build, manage and execute joint business plans with customers and work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Focus may be on large box retailers and/or the distribution channel and independent retailers. This position's target is to maximize customer service and profits for the company through the use of technical, organizational, and customer knowledge.
