**Salary is determined based on previous experience and qualifications**

Currently, we are hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions, and we are proud to offer a lucrative $2,000 signing bonus. Additionally, we provide 10% and 15% shift differentials for those working in the 2nd and 3rd shifts, respectively.

The Role:

• Efficiently gather proper tooling, fixtures, and jaws to expedite setup

• Integrate and instruct tools into the machine

• Produce and inspect the first piece and production parts as necessary

• Perform adjustments, including offsets, until parts are machined according to specifications

• Follow the appropriate protocol if pieces are out of tolerance

• Efficiently operate and set up CNC mills, CNC lathes, machining centers, and other necessary equipment

• Inspect cutting tools to ensure sharpness and continued use

• Detect malfunctioning or out-of-tolerance components during machine operation and make the necessary adjustments to maintain control of the process

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and setting up mills and/or lathes

• Must be willing to work across various work centers

• Strong knowledge of shop math

• Proficient in blueprint reading

• Familiarity with GD&T, G&M Code

Additional Details:

Generally, you will be trained for the 1st shift, which can last anywhere from a few months to a year.
