**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Line Supervisor to join our team in overseeing production operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and possess knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate activities of production line workers to ensure efficient workflow - Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and production goals - Train new employees on operating machinery and following safety protocols - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and food safety protocols - Oversee packaging processes and ensure accurate labeling - Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed **Experience:** - Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment - Knowledge of mechanical operations and ability to operate forklifts - Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations - Understanding of food safety practices and protocols - Ability to fabricate, assemble, or disassemble machinery as needed If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring quality production in the food industry, we encourage you to apply for the Line Supervisor position.
