Nature of Work:

• Manage the Denver Nuggets Interactive Squad and Skyline Drumline/Celly Squad including scheduling, payroll, staffing, and developing plans for tryouts, appearances, game days and other events
• Act as Nuggets Game Day Floor Manager for all home games 
• Lead KSE event staff, interns and part time staff on game days and outside events as needed
• Coordinate with all Denver Nuggets and KSE departments on all game day elements, including inventory, creation, planning, and execution of event elements
• Act as primary Contact for Marketing, Ticket Sales, and Community Relations to book game presentation assets for outside events
• Assist the Game Presentation Director with planning and executing all Denver Nuggets home games and other outside team events as needed 
• Coordinate and execute on court activities during all Denver Nuggets home games according to department guidelines and standards 
• Responsible for creating a consistent atmosphere for the Denver Nuggets Game Experience
• Assist with the creation and implementation of team branding and marketing campaigns
• Manage inventory of promotional and sponsorship giveaways
• Engage with Executive Producer on creative ideas for in-arena and video board presentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 3-5 years of experience in sports or large event operations, scripting, entertainment, or promotions
• Experience supervising up to 40 game night staff
• Fundamental knowledge of live entertainment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and timely manner with internal and external clients
• Ability to work a varied schedule to include events, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
• Ability to acquire or produce a valid passport with at least 1 year left before renewal

Preferred:

• NBA or related basketball experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, communications, broadcast, or other related field
• Familiarity with the Nuggets brand, NBA brand, and Denver market

Compensation

• Base salary - $55,000-$65,000 
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
