Full time maintenance personnel are needed for KRK Management/Real Estate Solutions of Alaska!! KRK Management, LLC has been doing business in Alaska for over 30 years. We own, manage, and develop Alaskan properties.

Position requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in building maintenance or related field is preferred. This includes electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Safe workplace practices!
• Provide own transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Provide basic tools and be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Pass background check.

Tasks and Competencies:

• Prepare empty residences for new tenants.
• Complete maintenance work orders which include tasks such as, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
• Perform snow removal functions including shoveling walkways.
• Run errands to pick up supplies.
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime, as necessary. Participate in after hours, on-call schedule.
