Novelty Inc is Hiring a Route Driver Near Raleigh, NC
Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high impulse items and sells them directly to our customers. Novelty prides itself on developing the coolest merchandise and then building sales models that help retailers market the product.
We are currently seeking a Route Professional to stock and merchandise our products in Dollar General Stores, in the Raleigh, NC area. As a Route Professional you will be responsible for the delivery of products and providing excellent customer service to our Dollar General Stores Monday - Friday with 4 overnight stays a week. You will leave on Monday morning and not come home until Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to replenish product in stores daily
- Ability to track product being stocked in each store
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Work in all weather conditions
- Frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds
- Safely operate up to a 15' box truck
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Four Overnight stays required weekly
Requirements:
- Ability to manage yourself/work independently
- Valid drivers license
- Clean Driving record
- Prior route experience is a plus
