Position Summary:

Provide customer service and sales support and delivery to Kriete’s parts customers for all departments within the dealership

Qualifications:

• Prefer previous parts, inventory and parts software experience
• Prefer previous direct customer contact experience
• Must have good communication skills

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist parts customers in selecting required parts. Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials
• Answers customer questions, provide price quotes and other pertinent part information
• Pull and fill orders from inventory. Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts and/or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary. Notify customers when special part orders have been received and are available
• Follow up on back ordered parts
• Set up orders for delivery and pick-up

• 8am – 5pm
• Day shift
• Monday thru Friday
