About The Function

Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 250 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a driven and experienced CIO Advisory Professional to our outstanding team.

Having the passion and ability to be continuously learning about latest middle market IT trends, enabling digital transformation and protection improvements, and pursuing potential project opportunities by leverageing such technologies for clients in the region.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to plan and execute awareness campaigns to identify project opportunities and interact with business owners and C-level executives to understand their business objectives and challenges. 
  • Ability to conduct evaluations of client IT systems and resources, ERP capabilities, cyber/information privacy practices and provide improvement and risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Closely collaborate with firm's Microsoft practice leader in the planning and execution of business development and Dynamics BC implemention advisory related activities.
  • Act as the firm thought leader and ambassador in the region through writing articles, conducting webinars, and attending professional and community events.

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities:

  • 10-15 years relevant professional experience in IT planning, management, IT/ERP related evaluations and implementations with a heavy emphasis on middle market environments.
  • Solid understanding of latest IT and cyber related trends and middle market ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar products.
  • Commitment to business development, client service and professional growth built on a strong set of entrpreneurial, organizational, communication and project management foundations. 
  • Familiarity with client advisory and engagement management in a consulting environment are major advantages.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions.
  • Desire to participate and lead in local professional and business-related societies and events.
  • Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware Valley region.

This is a high-profile career opportunity to be working on practice development and exciting IT advisory assignments across industries and become a “trusted advisor” to mid-market client executives in the region. Majority of clients will be based in the Greater Philadelphia area resulting in minimal travel and a high-quality work life balance.
