As a Customer Service/Cashier/Kleanse, you will be a vital part of our team, upholding Kreation's values of Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence. You will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide energetic, friendly, and prompt greetings to guests upon making eye contact

- Demonstrate exceptional standards for customer engagement, experience, and service

- Possess in-depth knowledge regarding ingredients, benefits, and uses for all Kreation offerings

- Deliver a positive and complete guest experience that exceeds expectations

- Maintain Kreation's standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence

Qualifications:

- Prior customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Passion for health and wellness is a plus

Requirements

Requirements:

- Must be able to stand during the entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds up to 5 times per shift.

- Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity. - Must have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends and closing shifts. - Must have high energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and be a diligent worker.

- Must have a Food Handler's Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role within 2 weeks of the Hire Date.
