Electrical Technical & Inside Sales Support

Kraus & Naimer Inc., a worldwide leader in electrical controls seeks an individual to join their NJ team. In this position, the right person will offer product, application and inside sales support on a full time basis. (No cold calling, established book of business.)

Responsibilities:

• Support all elements of sales, manufacturing and customer service.
• Coordinate and process customer specific requests and special projects.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups.
• Light to moderate electrical application engineering.

Requirements:

• Must have a working knowledge of electrical circuits and controls
• Two years of electrical experience
• Discernment of electrical schematics & wiring diagrams
• Problem solving with little or no directions
• Good attention to detail
• Technical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in navigating through MS Windows OS and MS Office Suite
• SAP a plus
• Degree desirable but not required
