The EWIT program is looking for an experienced Software Developer to support systems deployed at the TAP Lab. The candidate must be experienced with software integration. Candidate will be working in an agile development environment and must be able work effectively in this environment. Candidate must have the ability and willingness learn new frameworks, libraries, and build tools, and must be a self-starter in this dynamic environment. The candidate will be expected to support testing and troubleshooting efforts in a classified lab environment in Boulder up to 1-2 days per week.

Experience and Skills:

Required Skills/Experience

• Secret clearance (or above) and ability to conduct work in a secure facility
• Minimum 5 years experience in Java software development
• Integrating with complex multi-vendor system architectures
• Docker and docker-compose
• Linux system administration
• Capturing detailed logs and technical details required to help teammates resolve software deficiencies

Desired Skills

• Gradle build tools
• Other JVM languages such as Groovy or Kotlin
• Understanding of Java’s concurrent collections
• Familiarity with modern Java (Java 17)
• Spring Boot
• Microservice architectures

Competitive salary based on experience and education.
Salary Range: $135,000-$145,000
