Job Summary:

The Skip Tracing position entails locating new addresses and employing skip trace methodologies to verify findings. The role requires leveraging diverse resources to ascertain the most precise address for service attempts. Central to this position is ensuring the latest and most accurate location information for consumers to facilitate seamless service within the legal process. Additionally, the Skip Tracer may engage with process servers and sheriff’s offices, alongside inputting and efiling service results into various court efiling systems.

Essential Duties:

• Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including information file maintenance and paperwork processing.
• Conduct skip tracing activities to validate address information.
• Develop proficiency in utilizing various search engines for information retrieval.
• Uphold system accuracy standards.
• Dispatch notices as required.
• Adhere to assigned task deadlines in alignment with client and departmental benchmarks.
• Timely and accurately input all service results into the system.
• Collaborate closely with Process Servers and Sheriff Departments.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in office administrative roles.
• Preferred experience of 1 or more years in skip tracing and data analysis.
• Proficiency in office environment operations and computer usage.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
