The Product Specialist is responsible for front line sales and leasing opportunities in their specific product category. The goal of this position is to increase sales and leasing through complete emersion in all aspects of the specific product category market focusing on understanding customer needs, competition, manufacturer’s, geographic landscape, market trends, and growth opportunities. Additionally, the Product Specialist will build strong customer relationships, proactively identify potential new clients, oversee all production schedules of manufacturers in that specific product category, work diligently to resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure Kraft maximizes market share to the long-term success of the sales and leasing department.
