Front & Back Service Operator at a glance...

• Starting pay rate at $20.11 per hour

• 2nd shift hours (2pm-10:30pm) shift differential $1.25 per hour
• 3rd shift hours (10pm-6:30am) shift differential $2.50 per hour

What's on the menu?

• Request, retrieve, and stage materials to the production line.
• Accountable for trace ability, and accuracy of materials usage paperwork.
• Clearing denester jams and basic operation using accurate safety precautions.
• Hand pack and load cases to palletizer when needed (Back service).
• Operating manufacturing equipment including but not limited to Big Joe/Walkie, Scissors Lift, Fall Protection, ladder use, and perform required daily safety inspections.

• A Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent experience or general education diploma (GED).
• Experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, train and become certified/licensed in specific equipment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate optimally with cross-functional departments.
