Work Schedule / Available Shifts
- 12-hour shifts (8:00pm - 8:00am)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Position will perform repetitive tasks to include lifting- bending- stooping- climbing- and standing for prolonged periods of time; able to lift 50 lbs.
- Perform production related functions as assigned.
- Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
- Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups by utilizing cleaning supplies- including the dispense of chemicals for daily use.
- Abide by all Plant Policies- Safety Regulations- and Industrial Hygiene Regulations.
- Work in a team environment- sharing ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
- Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Line Leader.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a production/manufacturing facility working in cold environments/temperatures
- Standing on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Safety-focused
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures in a team concept
