Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess a wide range of mechanical and electrical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external clients
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with logic controllers and stick welding
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs and installations
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide customer service
