Kraft Group LLC is Hiring an Event Ambassador Near Foxborough, MA

- Proactively greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile
- Accommodate guests in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
- Assist with execution of event promotions, to include distribution of premium items
- Support Event staff at all team events
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Staff registration tables
- Greet and interact with guests
- Staff interactive stations at events
- Support staff in their fulfillment efforts
- Prize fulfillment and customer service
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- This position has no supervisory responsibility
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
- Required to work extended hours, weekends and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
- Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
- Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Events team in a highly professional manner
- Pursuing or completed college coursework
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- The noise level in the work environment is sometimes loud.
