Job Overview:
Kraemer Trucking and Excavating is expanding their Custom Crushing and looking to add team members. We have mobile crushers and work in central MN, SD, ND and WI. Offering great benefits and top pay for the industry. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crushing Crew Member to join our team in the northern Wisconsin area . As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of rock and concrete crushing. This is a hands-on role, experience with running heavy equipment a plus. Responsibilities:
- Loading and carting material to crusher and proper areas.

-Sorting material with heavy equipment.

-Working with team members to identify problems and solve them.

- Cleaning up crushing pad area and maintain equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction, crushing and heavy equipment desired.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
