KPRS Construction Services Inc. is Hiring a Project Manager (Multi-Family) Near LA County, LA

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing certain aspects of a multi-family project, from the initial planning and design stages to the final stages of construction and occupancy. The main goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Ability to work well under pressure and participate with a team of construction professionals.
Responsibilities
Create subcontracts, payment applications, project schedules, safety, quality; meetings between owners, subcontractors, team members; project administration and document control. Maintain professional relationships among industry partners.
Skills
Fundamental knowledge in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning. Experienced with reviewing and interpreting construction documents, along with reading and writing technical specifications. Background with use of Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCad plan viewing, and DocuSign.
Attributes
Resourceful, persistent, respectful, fair, dedicated, pragmatic, articulate, knowledgeable and reliable.
Experience
Background of 5 years in multi-family construction or a related field, and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline. Fundamental knowledge of multiple product types and trades. Manage mid-large sized multi-family projects.
Preferred Locations
Orange County - Los Angeles County 
Physical Requirements
  • Desk and computer work
  • Inspect job sites: walk 1-2 miles, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
  • Lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Commute to jobsite
