Job Description:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
-Prepare accurate estimates using online takeoff software.
-Visit jobsite meetings.
-Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction estimating software such as Planswift.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar software for reviewing plans and specifications.
- Ability to analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project requirements.
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
